Contact Form Submissions

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you include in your message. We process this data in order to respond to your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with users of our services.

Your message may be sent via our email delivery provider, Resend (resend.com), who process the data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data protection terms.

We retain contact form submissions for no longer than 6 months unless further correspondence requires us to retain them for longer. You can request that we delete your message at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

Under data protection law, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
